Trade and return within 30 days - our return policy
At Amanto's we understand that it is not always easy to make the right choice without being able to try out our products. That is why we offer you thirty days following the delivery to trade in or return your articles for free, and this for any reason.
Trade
It is very easy to trade in a piece of jewellery: just send back your purchases in their original packing, together with the jewel case, gift wrapping, any possible certificates etc. Also include this form, on which you can fill out the reason why you wish to return your purchase and which articles you would wish to receive instead. There is no need to return your ring size chart, since this is a gift from us to you.
Reimbursement
You wish to return a piece of jewellery, but you can't immediately find an article you would like to trade it in for? No problem, because we will reimburse your purchase. This process is very simple. Just follow the same instructions as mentioned above, but instead of filling in the new order numbers, just fill in your account number. We will reimburse the complete sum on your account.
Damaged, soiled or already worn articles cannot be returned. In the event of abuse of our return policy Amanto reserves the right to refuse any new order.

Unfortunately it is not possible to return a parcel for free from any countries other than Belgium or the Netherlands. Obviously it will still be possible to exchange your jewellery. In order to do so, please mail your stamped goods to:

Warning: understamped parcels will be sent back by the postal services, usually with surcharges. Make sure to fully prepay the parcel.

Warranty
Amanto offers a one-year warranty on all jewellery – for watches this means a minimal warranty of one year for production mistakes. The exact term depends on our suppliers' warranty conditions, which can be found on our website for all products. Excessive damage and wear caused by improper use are not included in our warranty.
How to use our warranty?
Even this is very easy. You will receive a warranty certificate from the manufacturer with most branded articles. In the other cases the receipt/invoice serves as a warranty certificate. If you notice a flaw in your product within the warranty period, the only thing you have to do is to return the article together with the warranty certificate. We will exchange or repair it for you, free of charges. Should this not be possible or should you notice a flaw in the exchanged product as well, we will reimburse the full purchase price. There is also an option to keep the damaged product and receive a partial reimbursement. Contact us for more information.
